Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website (the "Service"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

 

Purchases & Payments

If you wish to purchase any jewelry or related product made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to make a Purchase on our website. All prices displayed on our site include VAT.

Our website is available for purchases 24/7, except during times of maintenance or website updates.

Upon your Purchase, the total amount will be reserved on your account but will only be deducted when your goods are shipped out of our warehouse. This ensures that your payment is fully processed and secure before the item leaves our possession.

In the event of any issues or discrepancies with your purchase, please contact our customer support immediately.

For your convenience, we offer various payment methods and currency options. You can choose to pay in DKK, SEK, or EUR, with the potential addition of more currency options at our discretion in the future.

We accept payments through the following platforms: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mobile Pay.

Delivery

THE HILIF delivers within the European Union and Norway. Please note that duties for deliveries to Norway are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We pride ourselves on our swift service. Orders are typically dispatched within one business day of the purchase and generally reach our customers within 1-3 business days.

We utilize various courier services to ensure your delivery is prompt and reliable. Currently, we use GLS, DAO, Post Nord for our shipments, though we reserve the right to include more delivery partners in the future.

 

Claims

At THE HILIF, we take our customers' satisfaction seriously. If you encounter an issue with any of our products, we urge you to let us know immediately.

You have a right to make a claim for up to 24 months following your purchase. If we find your claim to be valid, we'll either repair or replace the product, exchange it for an item of equivalent value, or refund your money.

Claims should be made within a reasonable timeframe after you discover the issue with the product. In order to process your claim, you will be required to return the product to our warehouse, properly wrapped. A shipping label will be provided by us for this return.

Right of Return

At THE HILIF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have a right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

However, in order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with any seals intact. Any item that has been used, or has a broken seal cannot be returned.

If you wish to return an item, you must first notify us by email at hilifshop@gmail.com or by using the contact form available on our website, before sending the item to our office.

If a return label has been provided to you, please use this label when returning the item. All items must be properly wrapped in the original packaging for return.

To assist us in improving our products and services, we kindly ask you to fill out the return scheme, providing feedback on your reasons for returning the item.

 

Vouchers & Discounts 

From time to time, THE HILIF may offer promotional vouchers and discounts. These vouchers and discounts can be used to obtain a reduction in the price of certain items, subject to the terms and conditions associated with each promotion.

Please note that misuse of vouchers and discounts is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to apply a voucher or discount to an ineligible item, using a voucher or discount more times than permitted, or attempting to use a voucher or discount after its expiry date.

Any such misuse of vouchers and discounts may result in the cancellation of your order. In serious cases, we reserve the right to ban you from using our Webshop. We urge you to use all vouchers and discounts in a fair and honest manner.
